1. Merchant and scope

It offers towing straps and seat mounting components for delivery to the contiguous 48 US states and DC. We do not accept delivery requests for Alaska, Hawaii, territories or PO boxes. Prices are in US dollars.
2. Component specifications and limitations
Read the exact construction, included set count and millimeter dimensions on each product page. A photo does not establish vehicle compatibility. Seats, runners, floor anchors, pins, bolts and installation are not included. No universal fit, FIA/SFI approval, load rating or crash certification is claimed. A qualified fitter must review attachment points, hardware, clearances and the complete intended application. Straps are not for lifting, kinetic recovery or occupant restraint.
3. Requests are not automatically accepted sales
Adding an item and submitting checkout creates a non-binding order request, not an automatically accepted purchase or charge. Your reference confirms receipt of the request only. Availability, final price including any applicable tax, delivery and a mutually agreed payment method must be confirmed in writing before agreement and payment. A technical error or unavailable item may require correction or cancellation before acceptance; you may decline a revised offer.
4. Prices, quantity and delivery
Checkout accepts 1–12 of each listed standard specification. Product and delivery amounts are calculated on the server. Delivery is $8 for merchandise below $100 and free from $100. No automatic tax calculation is represented: any applicable sales tax will be disclosed in the written final total before agreement. Estimated dispatch is 2–4 business days after written confirmation; estimated transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Confirm any time-sensitive requirement before accepting.
5. Returns, use and statutory protections
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a change-of-mind return and send unused, complete goods within 14 days after instructions. See Returns for postage and refund handling. Stop use if an item is damaged or appears unsuitable and contact us; do not modify or repair it to hide a defect. These terms do not remove non-excludable consumer rights or legal remedies for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. Contact us first with your reference to discuss a dispute; no mandatory waiver of legal rights is implied.
