Shipping Policy
Applies to this storefront and its component order requests.
1. Delivery area
We accept delivery requests to street addresses in the contiguous 48 US states and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations and PO boxes are excluded. A valid state and ZIP are required at checkout; a recorded request is still reviewed before acceptance. Give a complete building number, street, city, state and ZIP. Contact us before acceptance if the address has delivery-access restrictions.
2. Delivery charge
Delivery is $8 per request where the merchandise subtotal is below $100. A merchandise subtotal of $100 or more qualifies for free delivery. These thresholds use USD merchandise prices before any separately disclosed applicable sales tax. Quantities and prices are calculated on the server. No express, international or special-handling price is invented by this website. Any different arrangement must be explicitly agreed before payment.
3. Dispatch and transit estimates
Estimated dispatch is 2–4 business days after written confirmation of the order and arrangements. Estimated transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates or claims of stock on hand. Availability, address issues or circumstances affecting transport may alter the estimate. Raise an event deadline before accepting a final offer.
4. Confirmation, changes and tracking
Submitting checkout records a non-binding request only. We contact you to confirm availability, delivery details, final total including any applicable tax and payment method before agreement. No automatic shipment email, tracking integration or specific carrier contract is represented. Ask about the delivery arrangement directly. Request address changes promptly with your reference; after dispatch we cannot promise redirection or interception.
5. Missing, damaged or wrong deliveries
Check the package and included set count when it arrives. Keep packaging and contact us promptly about damage, an incorrect part or a missing pair component. Do not fit or use a damaged part. We review the delivery issue and arrange an appropriate next step; the Returns Policy describes merchant-paid return postage for confirmed faulty or wrong goods.
