Returns Policy
Applies to this storefront and its component order requests.
1. Change of mind: 30-day notice
Contact F Bomb Garage LLC within 30 days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Give the reference, SKU, quantity and reason. Goods must be unused, uninstalled and complete, with all supplied pieces and protective packaging where available. This voluntary policy does not limit rights for faulty, wrong or misdescribed goods. Do not install a part merely to test whether its dimensions suit the application.
2. Get instructions before sending
Email [email protected] or call 1 (970) 618-1966. We will review the request and give the appropriate return instructions; do not assume the registered address is an unattended drop-off point. Send the return within 14 days after receiving instructions. Keep proof of postage and package steel edges and webbing so they cannot damage one another in transit. Do not send unrelated personal property with the component.
3. Postage and condition review
The customer pays return postage for a change of mind and is responsible for suitable packing. We do not advertise a free change-of-mind collection. On receipt we check item identity, set count and condition. Installation marks, drilling, grinding, cut webbing or missing pieces may prevent a voluntary unused-goods return; this does not automatically defeat a valid defect claim. We explain any disputed condition rather than treating all returns as non-refundable.
4. Faulty, wrong or damaged goods
Stop use immediately and contact us with the reference and a description. Photos of the part and packaging may help identify the issue, but never use a damaged motorsport component to produce evidence. For confirmed faulty or wrongly supplied goods, merchant-paid return postage is arranged after review. We will discuss the appropriate remedy consistent with applicable rights. Do not straighten tabs, enlarge slots or remove identifying damage before the review.
5. Refund handling and contact
For an eligible accepted, paid transaction, refunds are normally arranged within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, using the agreed payment arrangement. Bank or payment-provider processing time may differ and is not controlled by this storefront. A request that was never accepted or paid has no collected payment to refund.
