SELECTION GUIDE / DIMENSIONS IN MILLIMETERS

Put the measurements
before the part.

This is a component selection worksheet, not installation approval. A qualified fitter must review the entire application.

1 / Identify the connection

A round plate hole, closed D-ring and two clevis tabs need different mating hardware. Measure both pieces of the connection. The bolt diameter alone does not confirm clearance, washer support or suitable attachment strength. No connector, pin or installation hardware is included.

2 / Map the mounting system

Draw shell, rail, runner and floor points as separate interfaces. Record center distances in both directions and identify which face provides adjustment. Slot length is not a fit guarantee; maintain the washer support and edge clearance specified by the fitter. Do not enlarge holes or drill extra slots to force compatibility.

3 / Check the clearance envelope

Measure the tunnel, shell sides, runner travel, headroom and belt path through the full intended movement. A raised deck and a low side rail do not create the same installed position. None of these components includes a seat, runner, floor anchor or fastener. Ask the fitter to choose the full hardware specification and tightening procedure.

4 / Inspect before every use

Stop at cuts, abrasion, deformed rings, bent tabs, loose mounts, cracks or corrosion. Brush off grit, use mild soap for webbing and air-dry completely. Slide sleeves back before inspecting. Do not straighten damaged parts and return them to service.

5 / Know the boundary

No FIA/SFI approval, load rating, crash certification or universal fitment is claimed. Straps are not for lifting, kinetic recovery or occupant restraint. This guide does not replace engineering review of the complete vehicle system.
