Service Policy
Applies to this storefront and its component order requests.
1. Product support, not an installation service
F Bomb Garage LLC sells the listed components; this storefront does not book mechanical installation, engineering approval, race inspection or certification. We can discuss listed dimensions and included items, but cannot approve the safety of a complete vehicle from a checkout note or photograph. Arrange qualified review of the shell, floor, runners, belt path and attachment system before installation.
2. Send a useful inquiry
Contact [email protected] or 1 (970) 618-1966. Include the SKU, your order-request reference if available, the dimensions you measured and which included component you are asking about. Do not send card numbers, passwords or private identity documents. For fitment questions identify bolt diameter, hole centers, slot travel and clearances, rather than assuming a vehicle name establishes compatibility.
3. Request review and availability
After you send checkout, we review your requested quantity and delivery details. A reference means the request was recorded, not that goods are reserved or a dispatch date is guaranteed. We contact you to confirm availability, any correction, delivery estimate and the final total before agreement. There is no automatic charge or automatic email-dispatch promise. If you have not heard back and timing matters, contact us directly with the reference; submitting a duplicate request is unnecessary.
4. Changes, errors and delays
Ask for changes or cancellation as soon as possible using the reference. Before acceptance we can review a revised quantity or delivery address; after dispatch we cannot promise interception. If a product or delivery estimate changes before acceptance, you may decline the revised terms. Report missing, wrong or damaged goods promptly so we can review photos and packaging without requiring unsafe use of the component. Keep the affected item out of service.
5. Records and contact
Cart and draft details remain in the necessary session for up to 12 hours; this is not a permanent saved account. A completed non-binding request is retained privately for 30 days, subject to access-triggered cleanup. Accepted transactions may have separate legally required records.
